Frequently asked questions
Straight answers, before you ever engage us
The questions leaders ask most before working with Meravon — answered the way we'd answer them in the room.
What kinds of companies does Meravon work with?
Primarily owner-managed and mid-market companies from roughly $2M to $200M in revenue, alongside investors, boards, and family offices connected to them. Our industry depth spans manufacturing, technology, construction, healthcare, professional services, consumer, agriculture, and logistics.
How are engagements priced?
In fixed terms, agreed before work begins. Depending on the mandate that may be a fixed project fee, a monthly retainer, or — for transactions and certain funding work — a success-based structure. We do not bill open-ended hourly time.
Where does Meravon operate?
We are headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia and serve clients across Canada, with engagements delivered on-site, remotely, or blended. International expansion is part of the firm's roadmap; cross-border mandates are considered case by case.
Is the first consultation really complimentary?
Yes. The initial executive consultation is a working session, not a sales call: we come prepared, we discuss your situation candidly, and you leave with a useful perspective whether or not we ever work together.
Is Meravon an accounting firm?
Meravon is a management consulting and corporate finance advisory firm. Accounting and tax capabilities exist to support the advisory practice — they are the foundation, not the headline.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Every engagement is governed by strict confidentiality terms, conflict checks, and need-to-know information handling. For transaction mandates, we operate blind processes in which counterparties are qualified before your identity is disclosed.
